For 100 years, Kam Yen Jan has been bringing authentic Chinese-style sausage to tables across the United States.

Established in 1924 in Vancouver Canada’s Chinatown, we are a trusted leader known for our high-quality ingredients and juicy, flavorful taste.

Our signature dry and fresh sausages are made using traditional recipes and cooking methods passed down through generations. We still use only premium cuts of pork in our sausages, just as we did nearly a century ago.

At Kam Yen Jan, we believe traditions are meant to be shared. We take pride in making the Chinese sausage tradition accessible to all by providing an affordable product that can be enjoyed daily.
