Whole Steam Cured Duck

Whole steamed cured duck is a flavorful dish where a duck is cured and then delicately steamed, combining rich seasoning with tender textures for a unique culinary experience.

Whole Steam Cured Duck
  • A whole cured duck.
  • ½ cup of sliced green onion and/or cilantro.

BLANCHING:

  • Start by blanching the cured duck in hot boiling water for a few minutes, just to get rid of excess oil. 
  • Take out and place on dish cool down. 
  • When it is cool enough to handle, simply chop to desire size.  

STEAMING:

  • Steam on high heat for about 10-15 minutes. 
  • Garnish with cilantro and/or green onion
