A whole cured duck.
½ cup of sliced green onion and/or cilantro.
BLANCHING:
Start by blanching the cured duck in hot boiling water for a few minutes, just to get rid of excess oil.
Take out and place on dish cool down.
When it is cool enough to handle, simply chop to desire size.
