Kam Yen Jan Loaded Fries

Loaded Fries with Kam Yen Jan Chinese Style Sausage are the ultimate comfort food — golden fries topped with melted cheese, savory sausage, and fresh garnishes for a bold, shareable dish.

Kam Yen Jan Loaded Fries

1 bag frozen French fries (about 20–24 oz)

3–4 Kam Yen Jan Chinese Style Sausages, diced

2–3 green onions, sliced (optional)

2 tbsp spicy garlic aioli (or sauces of choice)

  1. Follow instructions on frozen fries packaging and cook fries until golden and crispy. Set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, pan-fry the diced Kam Yen Jan Chinese Styled sausage for 2–3 minutes until lightly caramelized. Set aside.
  3. Assemble the fries: Scatter the sausage pieces generously over the fries.
  4. Drizzle spicy garlic aioli
  5. For additional flavors, add cheese or top with green onions.
