1 bag frozen French fries (about 20–24 oz)
3–4 Kam Yen Jan Chinese Style Sausages, diced
2–3 green onions, sliced (optional)
2 tbsp spicy garlic aioli (or sauces of choice)
Follow instructions on frozen fries packaging and cook fries until golden and crispy. Set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, pan-fry the diced Kam Yen Jan Chinese Styled sausage for 2–3 minutes until lightly caramelized. Set aside.
Assemble the fries: Scatter the sausage pieces generously over the fries.
