Breakfast Taco

Breakfast tacos just got an upgrade! Eggs, onions, bell peppers and that sweet-savory kick from Kam Yen Jan Sausages. Not your average morning bite.

(Chinese Styled Sausage)

Serves 2

Breakfast Taco

2 Kam Yen Jan (KYJ) Chinese Style Sausages, sliced thin
3 large eggs
½ small onion, diced
½ bell pepper (any color), diced
1 tbsp oil or butter
2 soft flour tortillas
Optional toppings: salsa, avocado slices, cheese, hot sauce, cilantro

1. Scramble the eggs

  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat, add a little oil or butter, and scramble until fluffy.
  • Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • 2. Cook the veggies
    In the same pan, sauté onions and bell peppers until soft and slightly caramelized.
  • Transfer to a plate and set aside.


3. Sear the KYJ Sausages

  • Add the sliced Kam Yen Jan sausages to the pan.
  • Cook until golden brown and the edges are crispy — that’s where the magic happens.

4. Assemble the Tacos

  • Warm your flour tortillas.
  • Layer the scrambled eggs, sautéed veggies, and crispy KYJ sausage slices.
  • Add your favorite toppings for extra flavor and texture.

5. Juice it up and enjoy!

  • A drizzle of hot sauce or a squeeze of lime takes it over the top.
